1. Email us from an address you can verify
Send a short note to privacy@porichoy.com. The easiest is the email linked to your Porichoy account, but any address you can confirm is fine.
If you are featured on Porichoy as a member, parent, or family — and you would like your story taken down — you can withdraw your consent at any time. You don't need to find the original consent form, and you don't need to give us a reason.
Section C of every Porichoy testimonial consent and release says: "I can withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@porichoy.com with the subject line ‘Withdraw testimonial consent’. Porichoy will remove my photo, name, quote, and story from the live site within 14 days of receiving my request." This page exists so you can act on that promise even if you no longer have the original PDF in front of you.
Send a short note to privacy@porichoy.com. The easiest is the email linked to your Porichoy account, but any address you can confirm is fine.
Using this exact subject line lets us route your request straight to the privacy team and start the 14-day clock immediately.
If you can, mention the name shown on the site or the page where your story appears (e.g. “homepage testimonials carousel” or a success story link). We will find it either way, but a hint helps us move faster.
Your photo, name, quote, and story are removed from the live Porichoy website. The 14-day clock starts the moment we receive your email.
Once you withdraw, we won't put your material into any new email, ad, or social post. Existing emails already sent and screenshots taken by third parties cannot always be recalled — we're honest about that limit.
You don't owe us an explanation. We log the request in our consent register and confirm by email when the takedown is complete.
The button below opens an email with the subject "Withdraw testimonial consent" already filled in.
