You must be of legal marriageable age in your jurisdiction (18 for brides and 21 for grooms in India) and use Porichoy only for the genuine purpose of seeking marriage.
All information you provide must be true and current. Fake profiles, impersonation, plagiarised photos and misleading verification documents will result in permanent removal.
Harassment, dowry demands, abusive language, financial fraud and any unlawful activity are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and, where appropriate, legal action.
Paid plans are billed monthly after the free trial period. You can cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per local consumer law.
Porichoy and its logo, design, content and software are owned by Porichoy.in. You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload but grant us a limited license to display them within the service.
Porichoy provides a platform for introductions; we do not guarantee a match. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months.
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be notified by email and in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
